Hi,
I'm Lindsay
...

....A yoga teacher, space holder, and eternal student of the soul.

I live and teach yoga in Aberystwyth, West Wales, and for over 20 years I’ve been walking my own path of yoga, shadow work, spiritual practice, and personal healing. These practices have been my anchors, helping me connect deeply to my body, heart, soul, and intuition, and guiding me through life’s challenges and transformations.

I’m not someone who came to yoga because everything was perfect - quite the opposite! Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, somatic practices and breathwork supported me through a burnout so severe I couldn’t work, drive, or function properly. Those experiences taught me how to truly listen to my body, how to rest deeply, and how to return to health, vibrancy, and alignment. That’s why I’m passionate about supporting others to discover their own pathways back to harmony, flow, and inner strength.

As a teacher and facilitator with over 13 years in experience, I bring the depth of my training alongside the knowledge that we are all on this journey of life, learning together. I’ve studied with incredible teachers in India and across the world, trained 500 hrs in Core Strength Vinyasa with Anya Hawkes, Womb Yoga / Well Woman Yoga with Uma Dinsmore Tuli, pregnancy and postnatal yoga, massage therapy, aromatherapy, Reiki, hypnobirthing and baby massage, as well as training as a doula and most recently a sound healing practitioner training with Hoppi Wimbush.

I keep deepening my knowledge - through practice, my teachers, and my students - because I fully believe yoga and spiritual practice are lifelong journeys that we continue to unfold into over time and years, growing and changing always.

Whether I’m teaching a weekly class, leading a retreat, or holding space for ritual, my approach is grounded, compassionate, and unpretentious. I believe in creating safe, inclusive spaces where you can show up exactly as you are - your light, your shadow, your questions, your truth - and know you will be welcomed.

I blend movement, stillness, curiosity, breath, ritual, ceremony, sound, and deep rest, so you can explore your inner world at your own pace while being held in a nurturing, supportive container. My role is to guide, to hold space, and to walk alongside you, not to tell you who to be, but to support you in remembering who you already are. I fully believe in the potency and power of each individual as the orchestrator of their own healing.

Outside of teaching, I love travelling with my son, whether abroad or exploring the UK in our temperamental camper van. I’m happiest by the sea or river, watching sunsets, wearing big rings, making magic under the night sky, and soaking in the beauty of nature (sometimes with a gin and tonic in hand).

Wherever you are in your journey, I’d love to welcome you to a space where you can breathe, move, rest, and simply be.
