Hi,
I'm Lindsay
...

I live and teach yoga in Aberystwyth, West Wales. Over the last 17 years I have used yoga, meditation and mindfulness to help me connect to and understand my body, heart, soul and intuition. As human beings we are unique and ever changing and I love yoga's ability to support this both on and off the mat.

As well as being something I love and enjoy, yoga, mindfulness and meditation were my anchors as I moved through challenges like postnatal depression and a burnout that left me unable to work, drive or function properly. Although difficult at the time, these experiences taught me so much about listening to my body, how to return to health, vibrancy and alignment. I love supporting others to discover their own maps that return them to harmony, flow, and inner strength.

I've been lucky enough to learn from some fabulous teachers. I undertook my 200hr teacher training in Core Strength Vinyasa with Anya Hawkes, Womb Yoga / Well Woman teacher training with Uma Dinsmore Tuli and pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher training with Jane Mackarness. I go to India as often as possible and learn from some wonderful Indian teachers as well as teachers from all over the world. I'm also a qualified massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, hypnobirth teacher, doula (someone who supports parents and families during pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period) and baby massage teacher. I undertake new courses and trainings each year, and am always learning from my students too....The amazing thing about yoga and spiritual practice is that you never stop learning - about the practice, about yourself and about the world around you. I am an eternal student and intrigued about where this practice will take me next!

I love travelling with my son, whether abroad or exploring the UK in our temperamental camper van. I enjoy sea and river swimming, drinking gin and tonic on the beach, heartfelt hugs, wearing big rings, magic, the night sky, meeting new people, exploring new places, learning, going to festivals, sunsets, creating for fun, a sprinkle of silence and stillness and being in nature.

Look forward to connecting with you! xx
