Booking & Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only when we have received your completed booking form and the required deposit or full payment. Payment details, deposit amounts, and due dates are provided at the time of booking, and payment may be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods listed on our booking page.

Cancellations & Refunds

Classes: If you cancel more than 48 hours before the start time, you may transfer to another session subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-transferable.

Workshops / Circles: If you cancel more than 14 days before the start date, you will receive a refund minus a £25 admin fee. Cancellations less than 14 days are non-refundable.

Blocks of classes are paid for in full on booking and refunds are not possible unless 14 days or more notice of cancellation is given. If you cannot attend one or more of the classes in the block it is not possible to refund or transfer to another class in their stead.
Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat start date, you may be entitled to a partial refund (excluding the deposit and an Admin Fee of £25). Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable unless you can fill your space, in which case a refund or partial refund may be offered at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to fill the place, although we can advertise it for you on request. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover cancellations, illness, or emergencies.

Cancellations by Us: If we need to cancel any class, workshop, or retreat, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, but we are not responsible for other costs you may incur, such as travel or accommodation.
