Milk & Honey Retreat
11th-13th September 2026

Walking the Goddess Path in Glastonbury
Milk & Honey have long been offered to the Goddess as symbols of nourishment, sweetness and devotion, this retreat is the embodiment of that...

..It’s your invitation to soften… and receive. To join an intentionally small gathering on the potent land of Glastonbury, to immerse yourself in beauty and the sacred.

There is something about Glastonbury…you feel it before you can explain it. The land is rich with myth, alive with a potent energy. It’s what keeps me coming back time after time.

Something in us recognises this energy … responds… awakens. When you walk the Goddess path here,

it can bring clarity, unexpected insight,

and a deep remembering of your gifts and power.

Over this weekend, we’ll gently open to that.

The Goddess Path is a return…to your body, your intuition, the rhythms of the Earth, and the divine within and without. Not as an idea....as an embodied shift....a homecoming.

Imagine this…

You wake to birdsong and soft sunlight streaming into a serene, luxurious retreat nestled in the mystical landscape of Glastonbury. There’s nowhere to be, no one to take care of, and nothing you need to do - except receive.

This isn’t just a weekend away.
It’s a sacred pause.

An immersive, luxurious experience designed to nourish your body, awaken your spirit, and reconnect you with the vibrant, authentic self that longs to rise.

Held in the lush, myth steeped countryside of the Somerset Levels, this intimate retreat offers a carefully curated blend of restorative practices, soul nourishing rituals, and deeply rejuvenating moments.

From elegant accommodations and a private chef to yoga, breathwork, sacred site visits, and more, every detail has been lovingly crafted to support your healing, transformation, and empowerment.

There is a rare kind of luxury in being able to fully exhale -knowing that everything is taken care of. On this retreat, you’re invited to step out of the role of organiser, caretaker, and decision maker, and into a space where you can simply be.

From nourishing meals to potent ritual and serene surroundings, every detail is thoughtfully handled, allowing you to slow down, soften, and let go.

Whether you're craving deep rest, spiritual renewal, or the space to rediscover your own truth, this journey is here to hold you.

More than just a retreat; this is an invitation to release your day to day. Reconnect. Emerge as the radiant, empowered, relaxed version of yourself you know is waiting

This tasteful sanctuary is serene and stylish. It's close enough to Glastonbury to soak in its rich heritage and potent energy, yet far enough away from everything to feel like a true escape. Where will I be visiting?

No visit to Glastonbury would be complete without taking in the sights, sounds and incredible energy found within it's sacred sites.

You will experience some of the area’s most iconic and beautiful sites, and a considered pace means you will have the time to really enjoy them. We will visit the White Spring and Chalice Well together, and you can choose to either stay with the group or explore under your own steam the rest of the time.

Exclusive access and ritual at the White Spring: A sanctuary of candlelight, mineral rich waters, and powerful energy. Long honoured as a place of healing, the White Spring is home to the sacred flame of Brigid and invites a visceral sense of devotion and awakening. The ritual held here is beautifully cleansing,  and can act as a powerful catalyst, it reconnects you to the Goddess within and without on an embodied level. There is the option to enter the waters if you feel to.

Chalice Well Gardens: The Red Spring....Where healing waters have flowed for over 2,000 years. Tied to the mysteries of the Holy Grail and the Divine Feminine, the gardens are an exquisite oasis of calm, rich with symbolism, stillness, and sacred beauty. We will gather water, enjoy the gardens and tune in to the deeply peaceful energy at the well head.

Magdalene Chapel: Steeped in centuries of pilgrimage, this simple chapel offers the perfect surroundings for reflection, stillness and prayer. You don't need to be religious to appreciate the peaceful and heart healing energy here.

Glastonbury Abbey: A timeless sanctuary steeped in legend and spiritual heritage. Once a revered monastic centre dating back to the 7th century, its graceful ruins now offer a space for quiet contemplation and reverence.

Glastonbury Tor: An iconic landscape of myth and magic. With sweeping views over the Somerset Levels, the Tor has long been thought of as a gateway between worlds, a place where earth and sky meet, steeped in Avalon’s legend and the immense energy of the land.

This is more than a tour; it’s an intentional journey through Glastonbury’s most spiritually resonant sites. There will also be time to explore the town itself -  browse esoteric bookshops, crystal shops and quirky independents, or simply enjoy a coffee and some people watching.

What else will I experience?

Each day on this retreat unfolds as a gentle but intentional journey back to yourself. Mornings begin with breathwork, meditation, embodied yoga and somatic movement to awaken your body, heart and mind, ground you into presence and create spaciousness within. Or perhaps your mornings will begin with a luxurious lie in and a soak in a bubble bath - the choice is yours!

You will be guided through a rich tapestry of soul nourishing practices, including a sound healing ceremony, daily Sakti Nidra (similar to a guided relaxation) and learning self energy work to bring your body, mind, and energy into harmony.

These practices release stored tension, ignite your inner vitality, and shift stagnant energy, allowing you to feel more grounded, clear, and emotionally balanced , while giving space to what has been hidden to be witnessed and what is ready to rise to express.

Within the retreat space, ceremony and ritual become a powerful container for healing, clarity, and transformation. These moments are not about performance, they’re about presence. They create a sacred pause where you can honour what you’re releasing, what you’re calling in, and who you are becoming. Through ritual,  shifts becomes deeply anchored not just in your mind, but in your bones and energy system and you can come back to your truth, your vitality, and your radiance. These ripples will continue long after you have left the retreat and returned home.

There will also be plenty of opportunity for rest and relaxation. You are free to join in with as much or as little as you like.

What is the Goddess Path?

The Goddess Path is about returning to the parts of yourself that were buried beneath responsibility, expectation, pressure, and survival.

It is the path of remembering your intuition, sensuality, creativity, connection to the Earth, voice and truth.

It is not limited by gender; it is an invitation to reconnect with the Divine Feminine energy that exists within us all. The feminine is not weakness or passivity, but a powerful force of intuition, creativity, embodiment, compassion, sensuality, emotional wisdom, and connection to the rhythms of nature and spirit. In a world that often values constant doing over being, the Goddess Path invites us back into balance, into softness without losing strength, into presence, feeling, and deep inner knowing.

There is perhaps nowhere more resonant for this journey than Glastonbury. Long associated with Avalon, the Priestess traditions, and the mysteries of the Divine Feminine, the land itself seems to carry an ancient remembrance. From the healing waters of Chalice Well to the sacred stillness of the White Spring and the mythic energy of the Tor, Glastonbury offers a rare opportunity to step out of ordinary life and into a landscape where the sacred feels tangible. Here, walking the Goddess Path becomes more than metaphor; it becomes an embodied experience of reconnecting with the parts of yourself that modern life may have asked you to silence.

Personally, I have found there is something profoundly transformative about walking this path in Glastonbury. The land itself seems to call things forward. Grief long held in the body....Dreams pushed aside.....Wisdom waiting beneath the noise of everyday life. People often leave Glastonbury feeling clearer, lighter, more alive, more themselves than they have in years.

The land here doesn't “fix” you. Infact it can be profoundly activating and sometimes challenging as well as nourishing and supportive - it brings what each person needs individually. It reminds you who you are.

This retreat is an opportunity to step away from the constant demands of modern life and enter a different rhythm. A slower, sacred rhythm where you can finally hear yourself again. Where your nervous system can soften, your body can breathe, your heart can open and you can stop performing and start inhabiting your life fully.

Imagine returning home feeling deeply rested, inspired and connected to your inner guidance. Knowing you can make decisions from intuition,  feeling at home in your body and knowing on a bone deep level that your needs matter too.

This is the medicine of the Goddess Path. Once you /begin walking it, life changes.

This Retreat Is For You If…

  • You are craving deep rest but struggle to truly switch off

  • You feel disconnected from yourself beneath the roles you hold

  • You long to reconnect with your intuition, creativity, sensuality, or spirituality

  • You are moving through transition, change, burnout, grief, or awakening

  • You desire meaningful connection with like minded women and people

  • You want to feel nourished, held, inspired, and supported

  • You know something within you is ready to shift

Are you needing to everything down for a while and being supported physically,

emotionally, energetically, and spiritually? To enjoy:

Nourishing meals that appear without you preparing them.
Practices curated for your wellbeing, body, mind and soul.

Immersing in myth soaked landscape and incredible sacred sites.
Being surrounded by nature and beauty.
Being free to rest without guilt.
Being witnessed without judgement.
Receiving  instead of endlessly giving.

This path leads you to restoration. And for many, restoration becomes the doorway back home to yourself.

A Weekend That Stays With You Long After You Leave....the  true magic of this retreat is not only what happens during the weekend itself, it is what happens afterwards. I love hearing back from those who attended about the way the retreat weekend has rippled out into their every day lives. It can impact:

The conversations you finally have, boundaries you finally set, creativity you begin expressing, the way you start listening to your body, decisions you make from self trust rather than obligation, having the courage to honour what you truly want -the list goes on!

When we are given the space to rest, reconnect, and remember ourselves transformation becomes inevitable.

How can a group retreat be a bespoke experience?

Pre retreat, an optional online  consultation will help provide Lindsay with a deep understanding of your current state of being and the intentions you wish to cultivate over your time together. These insights allow her to tailor the experiences on retreat, such as daily yoga and somatic practices, breathwork, sound healing ceremony and energetic supports to encompass each person’s intentions and aspirations.

On the retreat we are an intentionally small group, to ensure every guest receives truly personal attention, there will be a maximum of 8 other participants.

This creates an intimate, boutique experience where you are more than just part of a group – you are individually seen, heard, and supported.

After the retreat, an online community session to help you integrate your experience into daily life, offering the opportunity to reflect on your post retreat evolution and receive expert guidance on how to continue cultivating your growth. This holistic approach ensures that you benefit as much as possible from your time on retreat and it’s conclusion marks not an end, but a powerful new beginning.

Who is the guide on this retreat?

Lindsay has been guiding others on their journeys of self discovery in classes, workshops, circles and potent spaces since 2013. Having completed extensive trainings in different styles of yoga, soundhealing, massage, energywork modalities, baby massage and yoga instructor and as a birth and postnatal doula, she has spent thousands of hours supporting others on their path, and has been holding retreats since 2020.

Her own practise spans 20 years and her passion and skill lies in helping you reconnect with your body, inner wisdom, and authentic self. She creates sacred spaces, held lightly but with intention and care, where all aspects of yourself are welcome. Lindsay supports you to face the raw, challenging moments that arise on the path to self-discovery as well as to lean into your joy, rediscover your innate magic and remember your wholeness.

Always offering a welcoming environment that encourages deep rest, inner exploration and radical self acceptance, she celebrates you as the catalyst and leader of your own healing process. Through her work, Lindsay provides the space, tools and techniques for you to be nourished to your core, reclaim your personal power and step into the life you are truly want to live.
