3. Cancellations & Refunds3

Classes: If you cancel more than 72 hours before the start time, you may transfer to another session subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.

Blocks of classes are paid for in full on booking and refunds are not possible unless 14 days or more notice of cancellation is given. If you cannot attend one or more of the classes in the block it is not possible to refund or transfer to another class in their stead.

Workshops: If you cancel 14 days or more before the start time, you will receive a refund. Between 7 and 14 days notice of cancellation you may transfer to another session of the same value or less (you can also pay the difference to transfer to a more expensive session). Cancellations with less than 7 days notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. If you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat start date, you may be entitled to a partial refund (excluding the deposit). Cancellations within 90 days are non-refundable unless you can fill your space, in which case a partial refund may be offered at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to fill the place, however ask if you also want Lindsay Cardwell to advertise it.  We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover cancellations, illness, or emergencies.
Cancellations by Us: If we need to cancel any class, workshop, or retreat, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, but we are not responsible for other costs you may incur, such as travel or accommodation.
